Try a New Workout Routine This Month!

Are you in a rut with your workout routine?  Our clients are constantly trying new and innovative workouts, mixed with traditional training methods.  These deliver sweat-inducing sessions, good results, and fitness that is fun!  Try to fit some of these exercise classes/concepts into your workout routine.
  • 9 Round – This 30-minute full-body kickboxing class incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens.  Each day there are 9 new stations that you rotate through so that you never get bored. A trainer is with you each challenge to motive and push you to reach your goals.
  • CycleBar – In 50 minutes, you climb, jog, sprint, dance, and break through new boundaries on your bike.  CycleBar is indoor cycling re-invented with inspirational coaching, high-intensity music and a full-body workout (including hand weights and core work).
  • Pure Barre – In just 55 minutes, Pure Barre engages your entire body by targeting the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms.  It is a low-impact exercise that protects your joints.  It involves a strength section, followed by a stretching section to aide in creating long, lean muscles.
  • Orange Theory – This 60-minute class uses the science of heart-rate-based treadmill interval training, the efficiency of indoor rowing for power, and the proven concept of weight training blocks to create the fitness level and body you desire.
  • Pilates Reformer – This workout is done on a Reformer, but uses the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense individual- or class-based routine.  The Reformer offers the ability to achieve long, strong muscles without the bulk, and develops core strength and better balance.
  • CrossFit – While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect fit for any committed individual (regardless of experience).  This community-driven workout focuses on functional movements that are constantly varied at high-intensity.
  • Rowing – This craze excites many because it is a safe, low-impact, high-intensity workout.  When done correctly, this full-body workout targets about 85% of your muscles (quads, hamstrings, glutes).
