"Our coaches focus primarily on developing relationships with employees who elect to participate, with the hope of being able to share a message that will ultimately lead to better health for them. I believe the difference in our approach from the traditional wellness program will not be in any new information, but rather the component of the relational piece and the accountability will follow by direction of the employee." Billy Southerland, CEO IronRoad
