Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • Egg whites, separated out from 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz. baby spinach leaves
  • (Could add additional vegetables, or meat, as desired)

Directions:


Take the three egg whites and place them in a bowl. Add the cheese and spinach (and anything else you want, although be aware that will change the nutrition value).

Mix it all together with a fork. Place in microwave. Heat for 2-3 minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave).

Let cool 30 seconds - 1 minute. Enjoy!
