Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Ginger, minced
  • Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 4 oz small Salmon filets

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to marinate the fish. Remove from bag and grill (on grill or George Foreman) until it flakes with a fork.

Optional: While fish is cooking, put leftover marinade in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring often, to reduce it to a thick sauce. Spoon over fish and serve with vegetables and rice.
