IronRoad can work with you in creating a program and providing specific services that fit the improved health you want. Implementing a corporate wellness program is actually a cost-saving step that can help lower your healthcare costs and add to your bottom line - all while improving the health and lives of your personnel.
IronRoad Wellness Program:
*Your IronRoad Health Score represents your
overall health. This score is generated
after the blood draw at the beginning of the program, and re-assessed 1 year
Complete the Health
Risk Appraisal (HRA) to assess behavioral choices and lifestyle
habits that may need to be
- Schedule your blood draw appointment through your
new personal account on www.IronRoadWellness.com
- Complete a biometric screening (blood draw) to
receive baseline data that identifies potential health risk factors.
- Choose to have your biometric screening results
sent to your physician to discuss action strategies that may improve any
behavior and lifestyle changes (optional).
- Meet with your Wellness Coach to discuss results,
to have an accountability partner, and to develop strategies to
maintain or improve your IronRoad Health Score*.
- Attend educational presentations and events to
learn about key areas of wellness that
improve your health.
- Participate in the 12-week IronRoad Tobacco
Cessation Program to help prepare, educate, and hold you accountable as you
progress toward a tobacco-free lifestyle.
- Complete the second biometric screening to compare
your results and IronRoad Health Score from the previous year’s screening, and see how your
lifestyle changes have affected your results.

||Dr. Lewis Seeder - Medical Director
Seeder is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine in
Chicago. Post-graduate training was at Northwestern University and also
The Ohio State University. He holds
current licensure to practice in Ohio.
He has been Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and also Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Seeder has been
practicing with Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians in Columbus Ohio.
Dr. Seeder reviews all lab work conducted through the IronRoad Wellness Program.
